We cannot accept your appeal because it does not address the report we received from the rights owner.

I have no products in my account and haven't sold in years. Everytime I try to appeal, they said me the same canned response:

-- Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization). It must clearly prove that your products do not infringe any intellectual property rights. Please send this information, any other documentation, and a list of impacted ASINs to vendor-inf-appeals AT amazon dot com.

-- Greater detail on why you believe an error has occurred.

Where do I send this information?

Send this information to vendor-inf-appeals AT amazon dot com.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If we do not receive the requested information, the listing will remain removed and your account could be deactivated.

Has your listing been deactivated in error?

If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include the following information:

-- How your listing(s) have not violated the brand’s intellectual property.

ASIN: xxxxxxxx

Complaint ID: xxxxxxxx

This same response comes back every time. How can I prove that I have done nothing wrong and there are no products in my account? I had been planning on starting to sell again this year and do not want to lose my account? I have sent written replies, screenshots of my account, etc. at least 10 times. I can't get a human to answer.

Since you blocked out the ASIN, it's difficult to know what the issue might be.

But first off, have you EVER listed that item? (whether you sold it or not). Even just making a "test" listing to see if you could list it? Note that even if you never even had inventory, a listing is enough to get Amazon to require documentation if there is a question of authenticity.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered on the account. I understand that you received a complaint on a product that you state is not listed currently. I know this can be frustrating as you do not have the product in the inventory, but as mentioned in the thread, you do not have to have sales on a product for our team to request more information.

Would you be able to share the messaging that you received at the time of the concern? You mention screenshots and written replies to appeal, what details did this include? As stated in their messaging, if they do not receive sufficient information, the restrictions on the account will remain.

We do encourage you to provide more details so we may better understand and provide support to you.

Best,

Atlas
