I had submitted all the documents with full supplier chain document, like authorization letter, invoice with the web site, e-mail, company address, telephone number and fax number and contact information to Amazon performance team. I don't know why they keep on reject my appeal with "We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier."
The products were bought from a distributor and they had given me the authorization letter and purchase invoice from the brand. And i forwarded to AMazon seller performance team as well. Do someone have the same problem? And how you can solve it?
