Requesting help from the relevant Amazon team or other members who have been in my shoes before. While my shipment was on its way to Amazon warehouse, the system put limited access to my account due to inactivity. The email requesting to reverify my identity contains link that is supposed to take me to the next steps of the verification process and and show me what to upload and where. HOWEVER, the link is only taking me to my account info that is not have any option to upload the required documents. I'm attaching the screenshots below: the landing page after clicking "Begin the verification process", the email itself and the automated response from Seller Identification team. Can the relevant team help me resolve this?
