Unable to add variations to existing parent because of bogus Bullet Point 1 error reported > 7 months ago
Attempting to add additional variations to an existing parent ASIN works until the variation images are added. As soon as the image add completes, and error pops up on Product Details. On that page, even though a value is present, there is message under bullet point #1 "The value in this field is required."
I see from other posts here that this issue has existed for > 7 months with no resolution other that to update the product via feed file import. What a terrible solution. Support, while they agree this should not be happening, has said import is the only available solution.
Has anyone been able to work around this in Seller Central?
How can we get accountability on fixing bugs like this? Seems like we should be compensated for the time and trauma of dealing with this.
