FBA Shipment To BFL2, Delivered a month ago, when eligible for investigation, shipment closed with all units discrepancies

This is our first time shipping to warehouse BFL2 , and our shipment FBA18CCYNR80 was sent out more than a month ago, and was also delivered within 4-5 days. after becoming eligible for investigation shipment was closed with all units not received, now i have escalated so many times provided all documents required but no response from the team. items are expensive, i am small business not able to find a solution

Hello Amazon Support Team.

1. I am writing this for an issue regarding our shipment to BFL2 (Shafter, CA), which was shipped on August 22, 2024 (Shipment ID: FBA18BPFT03Z).

1. In this particular shipment we have sent the total of 3 Boxes contents 744 units, Out of 744 units Amazon only received 646 and the missing quantity is 98 units and the shipment got closed status.

2. we raised (Case ID : 16060547391) against this we have provided all the documents (POD, Invoices, & Packing list), Now the amazon has stopped responding us.

3. Given the lack of response and the fact that the shipment appears to be missing units, we urgently request reimbursement for the missing units.

Shipment ID: FBA182JVG680 has been closed and I am missing 4 units. 40 units expected and 36 units located. I opened multiple cases and no response and really need help please. I have attachments of units purchased as well as proof of the units that are missing sent into FBA. I also tried submitting a discrepancy and request research, but when I "preview request" in the shipment summary, it gives me an error of,

"Status / Action not provided

Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request."
