Read onlyFBA Shipment To BFL2, Delivered a month ago, when eligible for investigation, shipment closed with all units discrepancies
This is our first time shipping to warehouse BFL2 , and our shipment FBA18CCYNR80 was sent out more than a month ago, and was also delivered within 4-5 days. after becoming eligible for investigation shipment was closed with all units not received, now i have escalated so many times provided all documents required but no response from the team. items are expensive, i am small business not able to find a solution
We are in a similar situation, we have opened several cases to get a resolution and we are not getting anywhere. We have asked MODs for help, it's very frustrating. We have provided multiple copies of the invoices and Raksha N keeps closing the case without a resolution.

Wouldn't reconciling with your invoice at least get you back the COGs? We do about 150+ monthly reconciliations, and for the most part, we have no issue at least getting back our product costs. I know it sucks, but it is a lot better than losing your entire shipment!
I'm in the same boat with 5 outstanding shipments to BFL2. Why won't Seller Support comment and try to assist?
Same issue we have instructed our team not to ship west until they get their act togehter. We have shipments with entire shipments showing missing.
We sent 4 packages to the BFL2 warehouse 4 times by DHL. We waited almost 30 days without receiving. They close the shippment!!!! We opened the case for investigation,but they said that they did not receive our packages!! 4 PACKAGES 4 times,lying from BFL2! Anyone can help???
Our shipment was delivered in August and checked in with 0 quantity. We have a case opened with no resolution as of yet. We also have 2 other shipments to other facilities that have not been checked in yet for a month. This is tanking our business as we have run out of inventory on our best sellers. I have never seen such incompetence in 10 years of selling with FBA.
Neither amazon support nor mod's replying about BFL2, i have received images from DHL team, they are saying lot of Pallets are lying in warehouse unopened, nobody bother's and BFL2 facility not providing delivery sheet to DHL as well, very dissappointing
Can this FBA warehouse give us a solution? it seems that a lot of people having trouble loading their package in this location. can Amazon help ?
