Closed shipment with 4 units lost

Shipment ID: FBA182JVG680 has been closed and I am missing 4 units. 40 units expected and 36 units located. I opened multiple cases and no response and really need help please. I have attachments of units purchased as well as proof of the units that are missing sent into FBA. I also tried submitting a discrepancy and request research, but when I "preview request" in the shipment summary, it gives me an error of,

"Status / Action not provided

Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request."

Please help mods. Thank you!

Consider yourself as having good luck. Only 4 were lost. And... No one can tell you how or why it happened.

When you sent an email to request a search, do you really thing it went directly to the person who logged in the product? No. But we do know where the 4 missing products most likely ended up. On a pallet of discarder products sold out the back door.

Did you test sell your products using FBM for a month or so prior to sending it to FBA? That way you will know the salability of the item and if there is enough profit in the product to pay all the FBA fees Amazon is going to assess.

The process to make a claim if they are not found, will take months to file and resolve, and you will only be reimbursed the wholesale cost of the item.
