[Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations]

Thank for for reviewing support ticket number 16372465401 - [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations]

I have a box that has gone missing in transit. Not only have I provided all documentation for my missing units, but I have also provided additional documentation requested in the case log. I have provided everything being asked for. I am getting template responses back. I asked for a call back but continue receiving template responses. I do not understand what the problem is and all I want is reimbursement for my box that went missing. I would very appreciate help in this matter.

I’m part of the SilentJim Amazon selling community and they suggested I bring my issue to your attention for possible escalation.

While it sounds as if you may have a legit complaint, pointing out that you are part of the "Silent Jim Scam, er "community"" may not be the best way to get your situation solved.

Rather than rely on someone who takes your money then tells you to go elsewhere if there are problems (a place where he posts that he is eager to help, but never does), read through the forums to get a better idea of the reality.

Based on the fact that you are part of "Silent Jim", I have to ask; do you have actual INVOICES from authorizes wholesale sources? Or do you have only receipts from retail outlets? A good way to tell is if you had to provide your business and tax license info to make the purchase; if you paid sales tax, then you have a RECEIPT, not an invoice. Granted, this should still help with missing units, but the reality is that Amazon expects you to source from authorized sources, and a retail receipt does not help your case.

Best of luck in resolving your case; but my advice would be to quit admitting that you are part of the "silentjim community", since they are unwilling to be the ones to help you resolve your issue, and you are one of dozens that have shown up in the last few days with various issues, seemingly based on the advice that you were given as a "member".

Yep, already seen quite a few "members" posting that they are suspended; none look like they have a chance. All appear to have followed Jim's advice to get there.

Funny how he has posted here that he's wanting to help on these forums, but has yet to do so. Just advertising his "community".

Youve been dupe'd.

Youll need a commerical invoice to get reimbursed for a "missing from inbound" case.

Speaking from experiance, no charge.

@Seller_GaZ1n2PGiQlOOI am going to give you the same answer as I give most sellers and assume these are invoiced items from an authorized distributor with Letters of Authorization from the brand owners. If not, then that would be what your issue is.

You need to submit this to the case:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Invoice from an authorized distributor or manufacturer in PDF format, highlighting the items that were in the package (ASIN/UPC/SKU/something that matches the invoice to the Amazon listing)
  • Probably need to keep your LoA handy if it is not your brand's products as they will most likely ask for it
  • Inventory ledger report using the settings: Detailed View, Reference ID being the Shipping ID, and date range exceeding the time frame. This shows it being received then removed from the shipment.
