Product Compliance Requests Help~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear All,
I have a problem with the product link, and I urgently need your help. At present, my ASIN (B0D12GM37Q) needs to provide product compliance requests on mountaineering carabiners, and I have submitted all relevant materials and reports, but they are still rejected.
I really want to know the specific reason, because case's reply is not very clear (15540245491), which makes me very confused. Since our product is a combination of pulley and mountaineering carabiner, and the ASIN compliance requirements are related to mountaineering carabiner, we provided all the documents of our carabiner that meet the requirements of mountaineering carabiner, and also provided the CE certificate of pulley, but it was still rejected.
We would like to know whether our pulley is required to provide certificates that meet the requirements of mountaineering carabiners. However, our pulleys and mountaineering locks are not of the same nature, so we cannot provide certificates that meet the requirements of mountaineering carabiners, and the pulleys do not have relevant product compliance requests in the Amazon Store, so we are very distressed.
