We are women jewelry seller, but recently we received many Compliance Requests said we are children jewelry and need to submit the according file. But this product is not about children. In this case, I try to remove the request by writing an appeal, but our request is rejected.
we have the exect same issue! 82 of our jewelry7 made for adults are tagged as for kids for some reason. so frustrating!
Same here. I even contacted with amazon and they obviously won't help. Appealed, but they got rejected. They are stating that our jewelries has a sub-category for children, but that is not true, I double checked. Do you guys have any resolution?
Hello @Seller_bDk11fUE2DFGs,
Thank you for posting here on the Seller Forums.
I see that you have received product compliance requests for jewelry and you have questions about how to get this resolved.
So that I am able to assist you the best, can you share the associated case ID's here so we can check on the status of the requests and learn more? Do your listings clarify that your products are intended for adults as opposed to children? Is there any verbiage or keywords in the listing that mentions kids?
I look forward to learning more so we can provide the best guidance. Please feel free to respond here in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

We have the same issue! Very Frustrating!
@Seller_bDk11fUE2DFGswe were able to get our appeals approved.
we searched the lists and removed the words "girl""boy""child". i understood "school" is also problematic. it doesn't matter what is the context, just delete it and wait for the changes to be approved and then submit an appeal again. hope it helps.
This is a big problem, below is a link to some other sellers having the same problem with jewelry:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/b909d775-fef8-4882-97cc-702403c91c98?postId=bce4550a-4879-4a1d-bcc5-ab50ff88f9cc
I've got this problem too. It is obviously an earrings for women, its size and design definitely not for children. I don't understand why Amazon decided to put it to children product.
Now I removed all the "girl" words and submit the appeal again.
We also have same issue for 153 items and maybe more later. We sell adult jewelry and listed the product under adult category, age group adult... We have removed all words like: Girl, girls, girlfreind, boy, boyfriends, son, daughter, graduation, with nothing left mention or related to children. When I put the appeal through, still been rejected, so I don't know what is going on with Amazon system. It is very frustrating and don't know what we need to do to get these result.
Any helps please.
Many thanks
