Children Product Compliance Requests
We are women jewelry seller, but recently we received a Compliance Requests said we are children jewelry and need to submit the according file. But this product is not about children. In this case, I try to remove the request by writing an appeal, but our request is rejected.We created a lot of cases that have not been resolved. I have consulted some testing organizations and there is nothing to test that says this jewelry is not children's jewelry, only that the product is children's jewelry. I don't know what to do and One product was suddenly taken off the shelves today.

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic. In there, my colleague LeviDylan has been assisting and will assist further.
