Seller Support is Turning into Serious trash

5-6 conversations have ended with the support partner providing NO support and then leaving the conversation without a single prompt or passing it off to someone else to be explained again. This is trash, complete and total trash way to treat your sellers.

Hi @Seller_OyEgWvPrUSfIX,

I am sorry to hear that you feel the answers you are getting from Seller Support are not up to your standards.

I have reviewed a few of your cases and see that you are contacting them for one issue, then when they are working on that, you ask about another issue. Amazon requires sellers to create one case for EACH issue and you are not allowed to combine multiple issues in one case. For example, you contacted Seller Support about missing items from your shipment in Case: 16125753941 and then later asked about listing a product, which was already being worked on in case 16170388161. As each case is worked by a different team, you need to keep the issues separate and continue to work on the issue through the correct case. When asked for information in a case, you must provide the requested information or take the action that is advised or we are not able to assist you further in the forums. Going forward, please create one case per issue and keep your correspondence under the same case so the correct team can help you. This should improve your experience.

If you have a specific case ID that is resolved that you would like me to look into, please provide it and I will be happy to take a look.

Thanks,

Michelle
