Read onlyI've had 7 calls with Seller Support today. 6 of them failed. 1 of them was ok. Is anyone else experiencing dropped calls from Amazon today?
Call 1: Dropped after about 15min on the phone with a rep. We were in the middle of a conversation.
Call 2: Audio was so bad on rep's end I had to end the call. I couldn't hear 90% of her words. Low volume and static.
Call 3: Someone picked up and said they would look into the situation. The put me on hold. Call then had an auto message saying nobody was available and ended my call.
Call 4: Perfectly fine. They were very helpful.
Call 5: I got a rep for about 20seconds before it just went quiet. I waited for 10 min. nothing. I ended it.
Call 6: After the promptings, it went quiet. Nothing for 5 min. I ended it.
Call 7: I got a rep and spoke to them for 10min. Helped a little but then when completely quiet for 5 min. Then Amazon ended the call.
So that is 1 out of 7 good calls. Not a good ratio. Let me know if you've experiencing the same thing. After all of this, my issue still isn't being addressed. Yikes.
Yes, I have been with amazon 10 years and it has become nearly impossible to talk to them, they either pick up the call and will not talk, they listen to my concern and don't know how to help me, so I get hung up on, and at times they will call me back with just one ring and hang up because they truly aren't trying to get in touch with me, they will all email me back and state something was wrong with the phone, my family has seen what I go threw, they can't believe it, I am polite, never rude but it is the worse I have ever seen, I really struggle to get things fixed because so many of them truly aren't sure how to help me. If you get put on hold, more times then not they aren't coming back....Amazon is better then this and it has become so stressful trying to get situations corrected, that take me weeks to get addressed. I have to call back countless of times, now I noticed today, seller support says they aren't taking calls, only scheduled calls, they probably see how much I have to call in but it is because I get the run around, or told things that don't correct my issue, it is sad.....
