Hi @Seller_eojdzQAr0ZDhG,

You can find the reason for the rejection by clicking the “Manage” button in the video section — the message should appear at the top of the screen. Amazon’s video troubleshooting guide explains this in more detail.

Just one heads-up: if a video is rejected, it can’t be edited and re-submitted — a new version has to be uploaded. That’s confirmed here (link) under “How do I update my video after it has been rejected?”

To better understand your product, I took some time to go through your listing — and one thing came through clearly: this isn’t just a product you sell. It’s something you built as a boater yourself. That’s a powerful signal, especially in a category where trust matters so much.

Even as someone who’s not a boater (yet), I can imagine that a boat is more than just a vehicle. It’s an investment, a lifestyle, even a part of who you are.

That’s why I think the real story here — the one that customers need to hear — is about protection.

Your fender holder isn’t just about docking convenience. It’s about keeping something valuable safe. And for buyers to feel confident in that, a few things need to come through clearly: durability, fit, safety, and trust.

With that lens in mind, here are a few details you might consider refining — not as flaws, but as opportunities to tell that story more clearly:

  • Image #6 shows an American flag and says “American made,” but the product details table lists “Country of Origin: Andorra.” That might just be a backend field error, but it could create confusion — especially for customers who prioritize U.S.-made products.
  • Material is listed as “Reinforced Nylon Fiberglass” above the bullets, but described as “durable fiberglass” in bullet point #3. For detail-oriented buyers, especially in marine gear, that might raise questions. And if fiberglass is typically a premium material, it might be worth briefly noting how you've made that possible at this price point.
  • Image #4 shows the product being used as a boarding handle, but with a listed weight of only 0.75 lbs, some customers might wonder about strength and safety. Mentioning tested weight capacity (if available) or design reinforcement could help here.
  • Your “5-year limited warranty” is a great trust signal, but without further detail, the word “limited” might raise more questions than it answers. Even a short clarification — what’s covered, what’s not — could go a long way in showing confidence in your product’s durability.
  • The mounting method listed as “Deck Mount” in the table doesn’t match the visual installation (in rod holders). Updating that field could help avoid confusion.
  • One bullet point says “universal mounting for all boats,” but Image #5 shows a specific list of compatible vessels. If there are any rod holders it won’t fit, it might be helpful to name that upfront and avoid returns.
  • And finally, a small typo: Image #5 says “Road-Holder Boats” — pretty sure that’s meant to be “Rod-Holder Boats.” Easy fix, but worth catching.

I’m not a boat expert — I just wanted to share the questions I had while reading through your page. When a product is built to protect something as personal and valuable as a boat, even small clarifications can make a meaningful difference.

Hope some of this helps.

Best,

Michael
