Hi, my video has been rejected twice, i have emailed community-help twice with no answer, tried to contact Amazon Help but they give the same answer that please contact community-help, i am stuck and the video is not providing any medical advice, even I have edited my video and resubmitted it again but now it's been rejected with a new reason that it shows personal information?

I took a look at the videos that were rejected and I saw there were a few grammatical errors in the content. I am not saying those are the reasons why the team rejected your video in the past (as I do not work on that team), however, I would recommend the spelling/grammatical errors get fixed before the team reviews your case so you don't have to go through the appeal process twice.
