I'm contacting you because a fellow seller recommended reaching out to you specifically. I'm inquiring about Featured Offer/Buy Box Eligibility for Books and Movies (DVD) categories, used. I believe that being eligible would greatly increase my sales volume, and would allow me more financial freedom and time to send in more ASINs. My account health is good, and I'm working to improve my processes all the time.
Furthermore, I wonder if I had buy box eligibility at one time and lost it. My wife and I had a baby and I took some time off several months ago. When I returned, I was no longer able to send in to FBA and my account was no longer Professional. I remedied both of this situations immediately, but I haven't had used buy box. Sales have seemed sluggish, so I wonder if I had it at one point but it was revoked when my account type changed.
