Read onlyOt the threads, users must pay attention when referring to REVIEWA and FEEDBACK. If you are talking about reviews on a product, use reviews. If you are talking about personal feedback, use Feeback. Using the two words together in your post, confuses the situation.
Some buyers like leaving negative reviews. It makes them feel powerful. Amazon will do nothing about it, it is there to stay. After a thousand more sales it will begin to move slowly down the page.

Please note that you can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
