Help removing 8 negative malicious review from competitors

Help removing 8 negative malicious review from competitors

Recently, my product has received eight negative reviews all at once, and it appears that a competitor is continuously adding negative reviews. This competitor has already posted nearly 20 negative reviews onto our listing in the past one month, some of which were removed after I reported them to the review team. I think they are malicious reviews because of the following reasons:

1.All of these new reviews were posted before the expected delivery date.

2. Most of the content of these reviews is identical to that on other sellers' listings including the title and punctuation.

3. All of these reviewer profile seems suspicious as they are only leaving negative review.

I also have opened a case on this that is the Case number 15949968241

My listing rating now is only 3.9 and it affected our sales a lot. I really need help on this! I feel desperate that malicious reviews are being posted repeatedly.

Who can help? Today we have another negative review coming. Similar with previous 8 ones this one is posted before the expected delivery date and the buyer only leaves negative reviews.Also I found that this review was initially posted as five stars but changed to one star the next day. The original reviews included images copied from another brand, which seems suspicious and might be an attempt to bypass system detection. I have submitted another case number 15956258771.
