Read onlyI have been fighting this issue for over a year without a resolution. I have been paying to sell on Amazon and have never been able to even complete my store, much less sell anything.
My Brand WP (WarPig BBQ), Serial number 98218739 has been tombstoned by Amazon and in return, I have been assigned to someone else's brand! Some genius at Amazon added me to the brand WP (WP Suspension) 7527108. This should be the easiest issue ever to resolve, yet I have been dealing with it for over 12 months. I'm at a point now where I'm about just close my account and forget about selling on Amazon
I mean.. look at this response. They don't even read the description of my help ticket. If they do read it, they definitely don't comprehend it at all.

Due to this, the system is detecting as duplicate brand. Hence, we request you to contact the "WP Suspension" brand admin and request them to add the trademark "7527108" to the brand.
Please ask the brand admin to follow these steps:
1. Sign into Brand Registry account.
2. Click “Manage,” and select “Manage intellectual property.” If you have more than one brand enrolled in Brand Registry, select the appropriate brand name from the drop-down menu.
3. Click “Connect a trademark.”
4. Enter the required information, and click “Connect trademark.”
To confirm that your request was submitted successfully, go to the “Requests” tab and review the latest trademark entry.
As part of the verification process, we may contact you to verify trademark ownership.

Dougal here and we absolutely want to help you fix this issue and I know @Jim_Amazonhas already submitted an escalation for you from this THREAD. @Jim_Amazonis working with the relevant partner team and I recognize that this issue has been going on for a long time.
Please know we are doing what we can currently and I ask that you refrain from creating duplicate posts as this is against our Seller Forums Guidelines.
