Brand registry application rejected for no specific reason - No response from Brand Registry Support over 30 days
I submitted the brand registry application and was rejected 3 times for no specific reason. When I ask the brand registry support why of the rejection, their response are all the same like copy and paste without saying specific reason.
Also, they keep asking me to submit appeal and no one response. The Case ID# 15572990321 with the status "Action needed by Amazon" for a month. I keep following up for over 30 days and still no one response.
Again, there is no one from brand registry support response for over 30 days to the appeal case and also didn't tell me the specific reason of why the case was rejected.
In addition, I tried to submit the application again but the it shows the our brand name is still under review and don't let me go the the next step.
This is very frustrating and I don't know what else I can do to get it approved even I got all the documentations and images right.
Just wondering is there any one overcome similar situation can help me with the issue. Thank you.

I may be able to escalate your appeal to the enrollment team but I will need you to attach any documents you have that contain either the business registration OR the tax ID information.
