Communication from customer as a negative feedback...

Customer not knowing how to communicate with seller left their question as a negative feedback, for a product not yet delivered.

Tried requesting removal, and as usual Amazon rejected, opened a case, and another bot immediately rejected.

Amazon recommends contacting customer, if customer is incapable using a regular contact form, how will they be able to remove a feedback?

Case ID 15445950131.

Mods please help, we keep getting negative feedback which are not real feedbacks and no one at Amazon will help @SEAmod

You do not need to open any case, because that is what buyers can do.

By Jeff Bezos design, Buyers can leave any feedback they want, ant time they want, and it will remain in place. If there some curse words in it, it will get removed.

Your solution is to respond setting things straight so any new potential customers will understand. Then, after a few more hundred sales, it will move over to page two.
