Message to seller was left as negative Feedback

Customer left a negative feedback when it was meant to be sent as a message. It seems like the customer doesn't know how to use Amazon's messaging system and left feedback to contact us.

We also tried reaching out to the customer, but they never responded. Twice this happened and i cannot get past the bots.

Can an Amazon MOD review this case and please help remove the negative feedback? :(

I took a look through the provided case and order details, and do want to advise I do see a feedback comment associated with Order ID 111-3520768-9656221, but there is no feedback comment tied to the Order: 113-7487476-8846613.

In any case, there are only certain situations where Amazon can remove a seller feedback comment. In short they are when the comment:

  • contains profanity,
  • contains personal information,
  • or is entirely a product review, without any content that may reflect on the services of the seller.

In this case, the feedback comment does indicate an incorrect item may have been sent by the seller. Understanding the customer may have left this comment in an attempt to work with you, contacting the customer directly to help resolve the feedback situation is the best next step. As you note you haven't had success reaching out, you can provide a public reply to help clarify the situation for them.
