We sent products to FBA using the partnered carrier (LTL) TFORCE FREIGHT. The shipment was delivered.
There are a few discrepancies. We need to make a claim for missing products, therefore we need a proof of delivery from TFORCE.
On the BOL we downloaded from Amazon, there is no PRO number. The carrier TFORCE is ''unable to find the proof of delivery'' unless we provide the PRO number.
Tried opening a log with seller support. Useless and confusing as always.
Anyone dealt with the same issue with carrier TFORCE?

What is that case ID? I will see if I can do some digging for that PRO number. In the meantime, I would recommend continuing to work with TFORCE to see if you can get the proof of delivery.
