Need help inputing TForce Logistics PRO tracking number to avoid VRT issues
Hi,
I ship very heavy and bulky items and we have to ship via LTL to our customers. One of the carriers that we use is TForce. When I go to confirm the shipment, they show up in the dropdown menu but every time I input the PRO number, I get VTR issues. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

The ASIN itself has to be categorized as Heavy/bulky to be able to utilize Commercial LTL heavy/bulky freight carriers which will fix the VTR% rate:
If the ASIN is not categorized as Heavy/bulky, then you have to use one of the SPD (small parcel delivery carriers)
By the sounds of things, since it is being included in your VTR calculation, it is not categorized as heavy/bulky item.
