Our Amazon India seller account has been suspended for over 150 days due to alleged authenticity complaints. After a thorough investigation, we found that an Amazon-appointed Easy Ship pickup boy was stealing and repacking orders, causing these issues. We've taken legal action and reported the individual to the Easy Ship hub, and yet, we are still waiting for our account to be reactivated despite multiple appeals and submitted evidence.
Our business and family depend on this account, and the suspension is causing significant hardship. We are a trusted seller with a clean record for over 2.5 years, dedicated to 100% product authenticity and customer satisfaction. We urgently request Amazon to review our case and reinstate our account. Please help us restore our business!

From what I see, you need to send valid invoices related to the ASINs in question to appeal and request the reactivation.
Please take a look at the Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation to make sure the documents you send meet all the necessary criteria.

Amazon Easy third-party warehouses do this thing Amazon should introduce Barcoded packaging like Meesho to reduce this type of fraud. But Amazon India is so arrogant that they don't take seller feedback.
We are praying for you and hope that your account is reactivated soon. Sometimes we are fully dependent on Amazon to support our family, and when we face issues like this, it affects us all financially. I kindly request Amazon to reactivate the account.
