Our Amazon India seller account has been suspended for over 10 days due to alleged authenticity complaints. After a thorough investigation, we found that an Amazon-appointed Easy Ship pickup boy was stealing and repacking orders, causing these issues. We've taken legal action and reported the individual to the Easy Ship hub, and yet, we are still waiting for our account to be reactivated despite multiple appeals and submitted evidence.
