Account Deactiviated in accordance with Section3 of business agrement

Hello,

My Amazon account was deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the business agreement. I received an email from Amazon stating that I need to verify my identity. After completing the video verification, my account was not reactivated, and I was informed that my account was involved in fraudulent and illegal activity. As a new seller who has not listed any products, I do not understand how my account could be involved in fraudulent activity.

I have appealed three times to Amazon to clarify that I am a new seller and have not started selling, but they have not understood the issue and have not reinstated my account.

Can anyone help me with this?
