I have had to create literally 6 cases in the last couple days because either replenishment orders kept failing or quantities kept getting adjusted "due to avalability in the DC". Obviously, this tells me amazon lost a case and when we're talking about AWD, 1 case is lots of money.
Are AWD associates just incompetent or what? I just don't understand this at all. There should be less losses at AWD than FBA. #1, they keep big boxes around instead of smaller items. #2, they don't even have to transfer anything to other warehouses. It literally stays in 1 warehouse.
If this keeps happening as we get closer and closer to March 10th when reimbursements are getting castrated, we will have to pull out of AWD. It's just that plain and simple.
Come on, what exactly is going on here?
