Trying to get reimbursements from AWD, seller support again a joke

Looping in some mods here because it shouldn't have to come to this to get a real common sense human.....but this is just where we stand at amazon nowadays.

We have 5 cases going on right now where cases have disappeared at AWD after being received correctly (well, as correct as amazon can receive). SS agents keep stonewalling and saying please provide documents, trailer number, whatever. I'll reiterate these are lost AFTER having been received so there is no need for documents.

For US AWD gets all the items and it shows in the reports that we ask for. It is somehow from AWD to FBA that it gets lost and we have to submit the invoices each time. You would think all these things are automated but honestly I just believe they just want us to jump through hoops to get our money back for stuff they lose to keep their profits high.
