New account manager

How do I get a new account manager that actually answers emails and dose their job. We currently have someone called Connor B******* and he is useless. We were told to enroll in the sas program but don't qualify. Any suggestions ? How do I report this guy for not doing his job even?

Hi @Seller_Y262O9Ep3I1RD, as communicated to you directly, the reason why you are no longer able to receive Account Management Support from Handmade is because you were verbally abusive and insulting to the Account Manager assigned to you.

Account Management Support is a benefit offered to Handmade sellers that are in need of this support, but it can be lost due to this behavior.

Please contact Handmade Seller Support for your inquiry.
