Restricted products DIN/NPN problem solution
The product was purchased as a sun protection product, but the product is foundation. How can I explain this and solve the problem?
I cannot make changes to the detail page of the product because the places where I can make changes are locked and I do not know how to overcome this. Can you support me!

- The product packaging is clearly labeled in English and French.
- All labels, including the ingredient list, are clearly visible and uploaded to the product detail page.
- All claims made on the product detail page and images comply with the terms of the product's market authorization.
- The DIN / NPN is clearly visible on the product label and the DIN / NPN number is uploaded to the license information in Seller Central.
