My product was put as Restricted after 1 year of selling for no reason NPN - DIN

Amazon doesn't seems to understand what is a NPN and what is a DIN product. I have provided the list of requirements by Health Canada for NPN and clearly stated that Health Canada Agent said that my product doesn't quality as NPN. But Amazon keeps saying: we understand your concern....
I've selling this product for almost a year without any issue. My product is Sea Moss which grows in water, it's an algea that is use for food consumption. The category is grocery, some label it as jam.
This product has nothing to do with NPN or DIN, because the base is an algea that grow in water and is regarded as safe for food consumption.

This is not a natural health product, it doesn't qualify as health product, it is a food product. Sellers on amazon make mixes of mango, fruits, veggies, plants with their Sea Moss Gel. There are many products like me sold by other sellers, it's in the category of groceries. They have pineapple flavor, mango flavor ... Please see below the link of the same product sold by different sellers. This wrong decision has really affected my sales, I am really disappointed on the service of Amazon towards seller's. I've been selling this product for months without any issues and now this product was switched category by your system for no reason. Can you please escalate the issue, I've already spoke to an agent over the phone. He said that by sending an email, they should fix the issue. My product name clearly says flavor.
