I opened an individual Amazon account but my account was deactivated about 4-5 months ago. I did not add any products or make any sales from my account. Although I sent all the documents requested from me, it was not reactivated. I think the deactivated event in my individual Amazon account is due to the fact that I opened stores in many countries. I sent all the documents requested from me but I receive an automatic message every time. They keep telling me "We have received your request to reactivate your account, but we do not have sufficient information to complete your request." Please someone help. I want to solve this problem and switch to a professional account.
We need more information. Post your original deactivation notice.
I hope the 2 photos I sent provide enough information. As I said, I did not make any sales on my account. I opened an Amazon individual seller account just to learn. I was going to convert this account to a professional account later and start selling, but I learned that it was suspended and unfortunately, despite sending everything, they did not remove the suspension. I get an automatic response and I cannot talk to anyone from Amazon.
That doesn't tell us anything other than you were deactivated.
But where can I find it? I can't see it in my emails because it was a long time ago and I may have deleted it. If there is a place where I can look from my Amazon account, I can look and share it immediately.
I found the email sent to me by amazon. An e-mail sent on 02/12/2024. and includes the information below.
"Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Dispatch any open orders to avoid further impact to your account."
Post the whole notice, we need to see the wording and exact reason.
Just after that it says: "Why did this happen?" THAT is what we need to know.
And I bet you will see the words "fraudulent and illegal". You have to show us this one, it's useless to hide facts.
" I want to solve this problem and switch to a professional account."
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
Hello there @Seller_62YrGffXX3noi
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to provide you with some additional information. The reason for your deactivation can be found in your 3/20/2024 performance notification.
For your privacy, I will not personally share the reason here but you can review that and the necessary steps you need to take within the above notification from March 2024.
You also have additional performance notification from 10/4/2024 with more information including requirements for appealing. Unfortunately, I will not have any additional information to share here outside of what is in your above performance notifications. Thank you for understanding.

Since the names are the same, it appears you've intentionally or unintentionally signed up for a Global Selling Account with multiple Marketplaces. The link in the article will take you to the dashboard so you can see each one you're signed up for.
This thread (link to thread) and specifically this post (link to post) might help. Follow Medic's instructions for each Marketplace that you've signed up for. You'll need to reactivate the account causing the issue, then appeal each of the others to reactivate them.
