Account Deactivated due to Linked to another seller account

hi i am the owner of wasistores

i received an email from amazon stating that my seller account being linked to a account named wasistores.

Hello,

Your Amazon.sa seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held longer. Please dispatch any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account WASISTORES which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the WASISTORES Selling account to sell on Amazon.sa.

i have only one amazon account wasistores on which i received this email

how can be my account linked to my own account and then the same account gets deactivated , i think this might be an error or I believe that this might be caused by using vpn services or opening the same account on my phone on seller application for account flexibility.

how to solve this issue and what precautions to be taken to avoid this in future

The link is related to one of your Global Accounts or one you still need to finish registering.

It's relatively easy to fix but needs to be done correctly.

You can view → why this happened, posted by Community Manager Robin, who offers an excellent explanation to another seller dealing with the same issue.

I recommend you watch this video before you begin →Address a Multiple Account Policy Violation.

Then

Check your Performance Notification under each Individual Marketplace to see if you received a notice which contains information and instructions.

Check under your 🠪 Sell Globally page on the lower left to see if any Accounts still need to be verified; if so, you must complete any unfinished verifications.

Go under your 'WASISTORES' Global Marketplace and submit an appeal; you must appeal each Account separately.

Once the Global Marketplace has been successfully reinstated, you will provide Amazon with the reactivation confirmation email or a screenshot of the Account Health page and ID, as shown below.

Then go into your US 'WASISTORES' Marketplace and appeal to reinstate your US Account.

Hello @WASISTORES_608

how can be my account linked to my own account and then the same account gets deactivated

Thank you for the information you have provided. I understand the confusion regarding the accounts. It would appear your account in the Saudi Arabia has been deactivated due to being associated to another account. Do you have any other marketplaces open that could have been deactivated? If so, then it would have caused the SA account to be deactivated as well.

You can access the different markets you are in at the top of your seller central account. Next to the logo, you will see your business name and the market you are currently in. If you hover over this, you can switch markets by clicking the one you want to go in.

Once you have reactivated all of your markets, you can submit a response to our team letting them know the accounts have been reactivated. Be sure to include the date in which the reactivation occurred. If you wish to close down any of the other markets after the reactivation, then you may do so.

If you have any additional questions, continue to refer here so we can provide assistance.

Your friend,

Atlas
