Your account has been deactivated warning

I opened an individual Amazon account but my account was deactivated about 4-5 months ago. I did not add any products or make any sales from my account. Although I sent all the documents requested from me, it was not reactivated. I think the deactivated event in my individual Amazon account is due to the fact that I opened stores in many countries. I sent all the documents requested from me but I receive an automatic message every time. They keep telling me "We have received your request to reactivate your account, but we do not have sufficient information to complete your request." Please someone help. I want to solve this problem and switch to a professional account.

" I want to solve this problem and switch to a professional account."

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

If I am not mistaken, my account was suspended 1-2 months after I opened it and I realized this event quite late. I searched for the suspension notice in my e-mails from Amazon but I could not find it. I think I deleted it without realizing it, I am not sure. Maybe you can comment and help after looking at the screenshots I will share.

I found the email sent to me by amazon. An e-mail sent on 02/12/2024. and includes the information below.

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Dispatch any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

"and includes the information below."

THAT is only PART of the information, and not even the important part that tells WHY you were suspended.

Section 3 covers a lot of ground. The NEXT part is what tells us WHY. This part is pretty useless.

I understand. I'm sharing the reason right away.

Hello,

Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Funds will be withheld for 30 days, but this period may be extended due to circumstances of your account. For more information, please review the Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account Gogi%27s+Venture which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Gogi%27s+Venture Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, Gogi%27s+Venture please follow the below steps:

1. You must first reactivate the account associated with Gogi%27s+Venture by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, Gogi%27s+Venture by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

Hello there @Seller_62YrGffXX3noi

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to provide you with some additional information. The reason for your deactivation can be found in your 3/20/2024 performance notification.

For your privacy, I will not personally share the reason here but you can review that and the necessary steps you need to take within the above notification from March 2024.

You also have additional performance notification from 10/4/2024 with more information including requirements for appealing. Unfortunately, I will not have any additional information to share here outside of what is in your above performance notifications. Thank you for understanding.

Since the names are the same, it appears you've intentionally or unintentionally signed up for a Global Selling Account with multiple Marketplaces. The link in the article will take you to the dashboard so you can see each one you're signed up for.

This thread (link to thread) and specifically this post (link to post) might help. Follow Medic's instructions for each Marketplace that you've signed up for. You'll need to reactivate the account causing the issue, then appeal each of the others to reactivate them.
