Read onlyHello,
I am posting regarding the product with ASIN: B0DN6F79KZ, which is currently in the process of disposal due to failing the dangerous goods (hazmat) review. Unfortunately, as a new seller on Amazon, and due to being busy with other tasks, I missed the opportunity to submit the required dangerous goods materials, including the exemption sheet for the battery. Additionally, my store was temporarily deactivated during this time, which prevented me from contacting Amazon support through the case system.
I would like to resubmit the exemption sheet for this product but the case(ID 16981010771) was closed. My primary goal is to halt the dangerous goods disposal process and have Amazon re-review my dangerous goods documentation, so that my inventory can be properly listed and I can create a removal order. I urgently need to remove this inventory to minimize losses, which is extremely important for me as a small seller. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance in navigating this process, as this is a critical situation for my capital.
You have to create a case with seller support in your seller central under "Help". Here is the seller forum, we are other sellers giving advice and we can not help you.
Your account being suspended and your inability to send cases through your Seller Central does not mean that the forums turns into some sort of ability to cancel removal orders.
Nothing has happened other than Amazon sellers such as myself seeing that ASIN B0DN6F79KZ is in the process of disposal due to failing the dangerous goods review.
Greetings,
If you are able, I recommend creating a thread within the Account Health section of the forums. This will get you in contact with the Account Health Specialists who work in this space, and are best equipped to walk you through the reactivation process. Best of luck to you.
