Are buyers allowed to use emojis on customer reviews?

I can't remove or replace an image that Amazon added to my gallery.

I tried through edit listings, image manager, uploaded the gallery with a flat file, but nothing works.

I wrote to support, but there was only a response: “After a review, we've determined that the images that have been contributed are from multiple sources. We combine images from different sources to ensure that customers see the best images available.”

Please help me to resolve this issue.

The user’s feedback about the app falls under the category of customer service, making it a violation of the guidelines.

Inaccurate Claims

Amazon's guidelines state that "Reviews should reflect your honest opinion." The user claimed that "The program hasn’t been updated in 11 months." However, the product the user reviewed was first made available for purchase less than a month before the review was posted. The ASIN in question was only available on the market for less than 5 months, making it impossible for the user to have experienced an 11-month gap without updates.
