My entire shipment was lost by MDW2

Not only it was lost, MDW2 says it was never delivered despite I have submitted documentation from carrier and POD signed by Amazon employee. It was also checked AS ''DELIVERED'' at first and then ''disappeared''

Since March 16th I have opened the case MULTIPLE times where it has been closed as many times and marked as ''answered'' stating they have no proof of delivery.

I have also asked MULTIPLE times to escalate it and now it is stuck for weeks with no reimbursement from Amazon or even the smallest initiative to find the shipment in FC.

So, mods, please help.

Hi, one of my shipments, 5 boxes and 40 unites, delivered to MDW2 on 2nd July but never checked in and the status 'Working' concerns me a lot. I tried to open a case but the response cannot help at all. I have attached the appointment information showing my inventory is in possession of Amazon. The shipment ID is FBA18145G0CW. We have two shipments to MDW2, delivered on 09/20, and until now no checked in. Now we are notificated to pay unfair Shipment placement Fees.

Which means Amazon delays the check in time, but ask in the mean time extra fees for the delay.

We are not sure if the shipments were lost or just delayed for check in. Please help to investigate.
