We have two shipments to MDW2, delivered on 09/20, and until now no checked in. Now we are notificated to pay unfair Shipment placement Fees.
Which means Amazon delays the check in time, but ask in the mean time extra fees for the delay.
We are not sure if the shipments were lost or just delayed for check in. Please help to investigate.

I createad a dispute but get rejected, they said the shipment is not delivered, but the support team told us that it's delivered, just wait for receive.
It is delivered on 09/20, but the warehouse delayed the shipment, and now we need to pay the highest placement fees. This is unfair.
we contacted FBA support team, the support told me that the shipments are delivered in time and we dont need to pay any extra placement fees, and they could see these 2 shipments will be added to my inventory on november. Please refer to CASE 16525512161
