Shipment delivered to MDW2 but status changed to 'Working'
Hi, one of my shipments, 5 boxes and 40 unites, delivered to MDW2 on 2nd July but never checked in and the status 'Working' concerns me a lot. I tried to open a case but the response cannot help at all. I have attached the appointment information showing my inventory is in possession of Amazon. The shipment ID is FBA18145G0CW. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Shipping timelines can extend up to several weeks depending on season and location but I'm happy to look at a case ID to make sure there's nothing abnormal. Otherwise your shipment is likely working it's way through the queue as expected.
