After we posted about this issue on the seller forums, @Seller_YeWcEeTwlVO93created case ID 16784458081 to escalate. However, that case was "merged" with the original case ID and, again, closed with no explanation or resolution.

We have now been trying to resolve this for 3 months. Can @Seller_l3eCP9f1PtJXC@Seller_YeWcEeTwlVO93 , @Seller_OOVUXZLmb2UEH or another moderator please look into the case and assist?
