Read onlyI’m reaching out for help regarding an ongoing issue with my inbound shipment (Case ID: 16363152311). My shipment was closed on 9/21, but it’s showing that 11 high-value units are missing. We have already provided valid documentation to confirm the shipment contents, but the case continues to be rejected despite these details.
After we posted about this issue on the seller forums, @TaylorR_Amazoncreated case ID 16784458081 to escalate. However, that case was "merged" with the original case ID and, again, closed with no explanation or resolution.
We have now been trying to resolve this for 3 months. Can @Danny_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon , @Bryce_Amazon or another moderator please look into the case and assist?

I took a look into case 16363152311 and do see that the internal team is actively investigating this shipment further. As much as I wish I could, unfortunately I am unable to expedite this review process.
