I’m reaching out for help regarding an ongoing issue with my inbound shipment (Case ID: 16363152311). My shipment was closed on 9/21, but it’s showing that 11 high-value units are missing. I have already provided valid documentation to confirm the shipment contents, but the case continues to be rejected despite these details.
Can @Danny_Amazon, @Bryce_Amazonor another moderator please look into the case and provide assistance?
OP: "...but the case continues to be rejected despite these details."
If Amazon says they have resolved the situation, the situation is resolved. Working conditions at FBA centers dictate that Amazon employees do not make mistakes.
It is Jeff Bezos Hier to Fire policy and Day One / Day Two working conditions. FBA workers only last 9 months on the average before being terminated. Every worker is expected to work with vigor and enthusiasm as if every day is Day One on the job. When they make a mistake, it leads to Day Two, termination. Subconsciously, this is the way Amazon prevents mistakes from being made. It is simply a seller mistake.
I wish you luck in finding a resolution.
