Read onlyI have 5 customers complaining that they did not receive their packages on Wednesday, 19th February . They were all sent on Monday, 9th February. I purchased the labels through Amazon. But either way, 5 customers (out of 15) in one day seems a bit too much.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
If they were large letters or parcels bought via amazon postage you could try checking if they were scanned on delivery, they will have a barcode
We get this every day.
Its because after 10 days, Amazon send out the 'Your item may be lost. click here to claim a refund' message, for items not scanned on delivery by the postie.
Could be that Royal Mail (if that's who you're using) has temorarily misplaced one of their collection sacks. It's been known to happen.
Almost every day I get customers complaining that they they haven't received their orders - sometimes 2 weeks after I've posted them RM24 for next day delivery - when I track them, the message is that they haven't attempted delivery yet. So I either have to refund or replace.
RM sometimes even scan them as being delivered and then deliver them a day or two later which is fraudulent in my opinion, obviously to keep their metrics up.
Royal Mail is not paying claims if an item is lost without any scan! Please pressure RM to pay these claims.
We have the same issue, for the 7th of February. We contacted royal mail hoping to find out what happened. I don't think they are going to pay for the complaint. This has never happened to us before.
