My new account was deactivated with section 3.. I sent 3 appeal letters . And now they respond with new form answers form .." we only consider disputes that are supported by new substantiated information"..
Please , help me , how to understand clear and correct , what kind of disputes information I should prepare ? I fall into despair with this situation...
Post your original notice so that anyone wanting to help can know what the issue is. Section 3 covers a lot of territory.
Also, if this was any sort of inauthentic complaint, go ahead and answer these basic questions:
What are you trying to sell?
Where did you source it?
Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
Rewording things in new appeals wont change the outcome. What you provided is not what you were required to provide. Only providing what they asked for (and follows sourcing and invoice policies) will change the outcome.
