We received a customer feedback in January of this year, and the entire feedback content was a review of the product. We asked to be removed, but Amazon responded that the feedback did not violate their policies. According to Amazon's feedback removal policy, if the feedback is only a product review, it can be deleted, right? We didn't understand the decision, and the question had been bothering us for months.

We are asking someone to help us solve this problem and remove this customer feedback.

Amazon fulfilled (FBA) shipped a product that arrived damaged. The customer wrote a review and posted pictures of the damage box which violates the Amazon Community Guidelines under 'Product condition and damage' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GLHXEX85MENUE4XF).

I've contacted Amazon community help, however they were not helpful.

We shipped brand new items to Amazon, and this was an FBA-fulfilled item.

Review Details: The item we received had already been used and still had the first return slip attached to the unit.

One customer left a feedback saying "As adorable as these are they are very poor quality. The design fakes as soon as you start using them. Won’t be buying these again!"
