Amazon fulfilled (FBA) shipped a product that arrived damaged. The customer wrote a review and posted pictures of the damage box which violates the Amazon Community Guidelines under 'Product condition and damage' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GLHXEX85MENUE4XF).
I've contacted Amazon community help, however they were not helpful.

We shipped brand new items to Amazon, and this was an FBA-fulfilled item.
