Read onlyOne customer left a feedback saying "As adorable as these are they are very poor quality. The design fakes as soon as you start using them. Won’t be buying these again!"
The customer was not satisfied with the quality of the product received. This is entirely a product review and should be removed. But Amazon denied our request. Case ID 14665854241; Order ID 112-3349038-4325804

You can post a Public Reply to it, with your opinion or point of view as well, following these instructions:
Under Feedback Manager, you can also post a public reply to a specific feedback. Follow these steps outlined to post a public reply to specific feedback:
1. Go to the Feedback Manager:

2. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the Order ID, select Post a public reply under the Actions column.
