Amazon STOPPED payment to all our European market for the last 1 month. Account Level Researve

Over the past TWO payment cycles, we have not received payment for our sales on the platform. Upon further investigation, we noticed that all our payments are being held in the account level reserve, which has significantly impacted our cash flow and operational capacity.

We have opened support ticket ID: 10045492532, 10044959332; 10048812432; 10049473022; 10049437682; 10050200022; 10058373302; 10057485332 hey are all in "transferred" status, no further response !.

What steps do we need to take to get the payment hold removed? This unexpected delay and reserve allocation have caused financial strain on our business, i cannot pay to my suppliers !!. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments and alleviate this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Do you have any account health issues or possibly a TRO on your account?

I will review the case IDs you posted and respond back shortly.

Do you have a VAT number for all these countries? Do you file a VAT return periodically? If not, that's the issue.

dealing with the same issue in the U.S market. Have multiple transferred cases at this point without any answers. This is causing financial stress for sure.
