Customer filed A to Z Claim after receiving both the jackets and claim that both jackets are missing. Even we have proof of delivery and image of the delivery that we have attached here as well.
Amazon A to Z Claim grant the claim in favor of customer even providing all the documents to them that proves that it has delivered to customer and it is complete fraud with us from customer.
Please recheck this issue or else, we will drag this claim to all the Amazon relevant department and fourm as it is hard earn money and jackets are expenses. This is 300 USD above fraud with us in with A to Z claim is supporting customer even we have all the proofs.

You need to purchase shipping through Amazon and you need to get an acceptance scan from the carrier no later than the ship by date provided by Amazon and that acceptance scan needs to appear on the carrier's tracking web page, not Amazon's.
Otherwise you need signature confirmation.
Did you do either of these two things?
I purchase shipping through Amazon and my shipments are on time, UPS told me that it was indeed fraud for the first one and I still am getting nowhere, I can't cancel every order with the same phone number but I don't know what to do either.
